"The room was nice and accomodating. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was disappointing. They used powdered eggs and only have something like turkey sausage. Both gross. I just ate a bagel and left. Coffee was also nasty!!"

"So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. "Property was conveniently located. Staff was kind and breakfast buffet was good. We stayed in an accessible suite. While most of the room was very clean, the shower looked a little dingy. And while we understood that water would scatter because of the type of shower it was, it seemed excessive. We had to use a couple of towels just for the purpose of cleaning that up after each use. Other than that, the property was good."

"This was my husband's and mine first stay with Wood Spring Suites. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The room was clean and very basic. There was a regular size fridge and a two range stove top, and a laundry basket. The towels were minimal with two bath towels and a wash cloth and floor mat, but no hand towels. "They gave us a room that was clearly used with dirty sheets and towels. They were super picky on people getting fresh towels. I heard a lady was charged because the washcloth was “stained” and so they charged her $25. Staff does not care about people’s feelings. Room smelled horrible, like mold and old cigarettes. It’s cheap so you get what you pay for but i would have rather spent extra money and gotten a nice hotel. this was 100% not worth it, please go elsewhere"
