"Staff was great"

"It was hard to believe that when I asked for water bottle the receptionist said it’s not free because you are not an elite member. For a water bottle that costs less than a dollar why would they want the customer to be an elite member. Just for this small bad gesture I’ll never stay at this property again in future (BTW for my every bimonthly visit in Austin I used to stay at this property itself)."

"The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed...

"Was really disappointed the pool wasn’t cleaned. I booked this hotel bc of the indoor pool for my son spring break. I drove 2 hours. They kept telling us they were going to get it cleaned and never did. I think it was false advertising about the pool. If it wasn’t working it should have said on the website. Highly disappointed. In the bathroom the base board was coming off and the sink was slowly draining. I asked front desk if I can have my room cleaned and fresh sheets he said it might be...

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "

"Staff was very helpful and got us checked in two hours early. The downside was the room didn’t feel super clean and there were some hairs in the shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and were the best part of the room. Room stayed nice and cool the entire time. The free breakfast was a great perk. "
