"The elevator on the left was broken I believe, at least it never moved causing long waits at certain times, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was inoperable. The flush handle on the men's bathroom near the breakfast area was inoperable and I needed to take the top of toilet off and manually push the bar down on the inside to flush it. "We were told that arrival time was 3 pm. I showed up at the 3 pm arrival time and was told that nothing was available and that it would be another 15 minutes. I gave them 20.
