"The elevator on the left was broken I believe, at least it never moved causing long waits at certain times, the ice machine on the 2nd floor was inoperable. The flush handle on the men's bathroom near the breakfast area was inoperable and I needed to take the top of toilet off and manually push the bar down on the inside to flush it. "The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was really helpful and friendly. However, the female at the front desk during the day was not accommodating and my interactions with her made me feel unwelcomed!! and uncomfortable! "We were told that arrival time was 3 pm. I showed up at the 3 pm arrival time and was told that nothing was available and that it would be another 15 minutes. I gave them 20. Came back inside and was told that it would still be more time as they were still cleaning the rooms and that it would be another 15 minutes. Long story short we got into our room around 3:50. Room was very poorly maintained. There was mold on the top of the shower backsplash, what looked like blood splatter on the mattress...
