The flush handle on the men's bathroom near the breakfast area was inoperable and I needed to take the top of toilet off and manually push the bar down on the inside to flush it. "The lobby was very hot. The first room I was given there was a puddle of water under the ac unit with what looked like repaired wires laying in it. Second room was hot when walked in and the bath room was locked. I asked staff to unlock it before I got back from soccer tournament and it wasn’t done. "We were told that arrival time was 3 pm. I showed up at the 3 pm arrival time and was told that nothing was available and that it would be another 15 minutes. I gave them 20.
