"The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. And some idiot didn’t know how to park and just because he had an expensive car decided they were going to take up two parking spots so When we went to the office, they tried to call the room nobody answered, and instead of calling the person cell phone or going down to the room nothing was done about it. "I tried to do early check in but no rooms were available. I left and came back to check in around 2:30. The ice machine and men’s restroom were unavailable. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice."
