"Only one elevator worked . Having to ride the elevator with people who had a body odor or smell like weed. Our floor smelled like weed all week long. I requested a suite based on the photos on Expedia showing a walk in shower and whirlpool bath. I get a room with a tub shower together and the pillows was horrible and it smelled. We had to clean the room and buy our own pillows once we left we left the pillows there. The ice machine was leaking and the ceiling above was broken and broken pieces...

"The room was large but essentially unfurnished with minimal storage or area to unpack. The room was clean (housekeeping was on-form & professional) but quite outdated. Elevators were out of commission several x during our 3-day stay. Restaurant / Bar Staff were top notch. I thought our reservation included breakfast coupons but it did not. We had coffee each morning (very nice Barista) but not breakfast."
