"Carpeting throughout the building appears old, uneven and smelly The wall air conditioner has dials that are broken and fall out when used… we complained and were told that there was a separate wall control for the unit The bed pillows are very lumpy and uncomfortable On the other hand everyone was very nice and breakfast was great "

"The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! "

"Room was very clean. Minor maintenance issues, cabinet door broken, tv never worked. Adjoining room and door thin so could her every noise from room next door which isn't great for light sleeper. The hotel staff was friendly at all times. Lobby and hotel grounds very clean. My experience with breakfast wasn't great but may be an isolated issue. Stale waffles and pastries. I was there very early in am so likely they were left over from previous days and not at all fresh. Overall a good hotel...
