"Comfortable and charming place to stay, with friendly staff and a great location. While the bathroom in our room was a little dated and in need of renovation, we still enjoyed our visit. "It is a lovely hotel in a great location and I enjoyed it. However, some of the power points in the room worked intermittently and the office closes at 6pm! The television only worked on the first night I was there (of 3) and the control panel could not be changed. Nevertheless, it was generally excellent and I would stay there again."

"Fjärde gången vi bor här, särskilt eftersom läget är fantastiskt. Gångavstånd till Coggee och enkelt att ta sig till andra ställen med lightrailen. De delade badrummen städas ofta och hålla rena. Rummen är små, men funkar bra trots allt. Det hade dock varit väldigt bra med fler krokar inne på rummen."

"An excellent and central place to stay in Launceston at a great price point. Possibly the most comfortable bed we'd ever experienced in a hotel and helpful staff who were at arms length until needed. Good parking, nice view over the city, a lift, and good heating all added to our winter visit."

"Management and staff were friendly and accomodating. Convenient location, a short walk to town. Stayed in a couple of rooms during my time there, all would good. I recommend the newer upgrade rooms; quiet, good size room with heated bathroom floors. "
