"If you have small children then this is a great resort. We didn’t go swimming as there were always so many children in the pool and spa. The buffet breakfast was great. I didn’t personally like the other food options that much. Lacked taste and appeared to be mass cooked. Check-in process was easy but getting the suit cases up two lots of stairs was hard as there isn’t a lift and no offer from staff the help us. "Room was adequately clean. The room we stayed in probably required a deep clean and some general maintenance. Parking was easy enough, however do some research as cheaper parking is available without going through the hotel. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Super easy to use trams and within walking distance to casino, shops and other attractions. "

"Lovely pool. Situated in the centre of Port Douglas close to all the main facilities. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery etc Wi-fi was very good and the balcony overlooking the pool was also pleasant."

"Very spacious and comfortable for my family of 5. Kids had their own “wing” fully equiped with their own bathroom and rooms so it was almost Like my wife and I had our own space. Direct access to the pool as well which is always convenient and fun. "
