"A fantastic family holiday destination, surrounded by other families and children of all ages. Having a package as part of your deal is better value than not. Breakfast and dinner buffets are expensive if not included. The pools were great and the splash areas were fun. "Staff is very helpful but abset from the deak at 3PM checkin. Had to go to the bar to have soneobe summoned. Then the room key did not work. No answer to my call to the deak as no one there again. Called the bar to have someone return my call. The desk woman dis call back promptly and came to me with a new jey card. The staff is great, just would think the desk would be better staffed at listed check in time. DIY Laundry on the premises was a bonus. Would stay again."
