"The view was stunning! We had a whole wall in our hotel room that is just a window from floor to ceiling! It is such a stunning view of Napoli. The room is upgraded and beautiful. The staff are so welcoming, happy and helpful. "The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. I’ve been travelling Italy alone and Francesca was extremely helpful giving me advice on where to visit and how to get there, where to eat and if I needed any tours booked. Very comfy cozy room.
