"The property is not at the location provided in the orbitz app. You check in at a given location then they give you the address that you need to get to. The room was fine but did not look like the photos. Also they charged a 200 euro “security deposit” that is usually placed as a hold on credit cards but this one went through as a transaction without any explanation. We were only there for one night and left the room as it was found. I have sent multiple messages to the hotel with no response. "
