"Everything was great"

"AC was falling apart and making a horrible noise. Soap dispenser was empty and had to be that way for many days as it was a large container."

"The check in was online and I love that part , place was very clean and had everything inside I needed for comfortable stay ! Loved having full kitchen to use !"

"We went during a super busy time and the staff was so welcoming and accommodating to our early check in and they held our bags after check out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Will be staying again!"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. "The staff were very kind. The room was very small but clean with nice amenities. They definitely do the best with what they have. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area at night. I was alone so it was fine and met my needs but I wouldn’t bring my family there. Kind, clean and well maintained in a bit undesirable location."

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."
