"The room was very nice but the beds felt smaller than queen size."

"The first room had a flood from an overflowed sink when we arrived. My 13 yo son slipped and fell on the floor as a result. We were switched to another room that was leaking with water from the rain and the wind was blowing through the doors. We were offered to switch to another room but at this time we were too tired. "

"Very dirty. There were other peoples clothes in our room. Dirty floor. No supplies. No toilet paper and towels. Stains on couch. The pool was small and dirty. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. "

"This was a very unpleasant stay from the very beginning. I didn’t receive the room I reserved and the room I received was dirty and small. There was bird feces all over the balcony. The valet retrieval messaging service displayed on ticket does not work, the front desk later tells us that it doesn't work and it took another 20 minutes to retrieve our car and we were late for our dinner reservations. The bathroom body wash bottle was nearly empty and never replenished. The bathroom pocket door has a wooden hole to open from the inside and was very uncomfortable. Lastly, the manager Radmila Mitovic is has no empathy and lacks basic customer service. One of our worst experiences."

"It’s a nice property, but I wouldn’t say it’s first class. It is very family friendly, but the room is what I would call Soso. There are no such thing as Terry cloth robes the restaurant bourbon steak really not a place you want to go to it’s mediocre steak to say the least place is a bit dirty. I think they’re having a little problem with language barriers not too many people spoke English properly, so that was a problem so be prepared I would practice your Spanish before you go long lines in checking in not too many amenities like good restaurants but nice golf course should be prepared for that. "

"Loved our stay. Our room was clean and renovated. Beach is lovely. A couple things need improvement. Elevators were slow at times. And most days I had to call for our room to be cleaned after spending the day on the beach you would think it would have been done by the time we got back. But overall we loved it and will come back again soon! "
