"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. The only bad part of our stay were the people we shared our floor who were incredibly loud. Our family had to be up early so that was frustrating. The location was perfect and close to where we needed to be in the city. It was our first time in Brooklyn and if we had to come back we would stay here again. We would request a room toward the back of the hotel rather than the street room we had as it was quieter in those rooms. "

"It was dirty the ice machine was not working. I had to ask for additional sheets and towels to put on the floor because it was clear they hadn't vacuum'ed. Thank goodness i travel with lysol wipes as all the surfaces in the room were sticky and i needed to wipe them down."

"Staff is pretty unfriendly. Make sure you show up at check-in time and not even a minute before or they will try and charge you their early check-in fee. Unfortunately I saw a few parties being hassled about it. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel is clean enough and close to subways so it does the job."
