Muy muy antiguo
El hotel tendría 3 estrellas hace 20 años, hoy no.
Tiene un baño del siglo pasado, con bañera, el grifo pierde por todos los lados, las tuberias de las habitaciones de al lado parece que las tienes en la tuya y las paredes parecen de papel, se oye todo.
Mal estado en general, el hotel es muy antiguo, muebles antiquísimos y en general todo muy viejo.
No se merece el precio para nada

A boutique style place with older, but comfortable rooms. Weak WiFi and adequate staff. For the price, a great deal and within walking distance of the train station and the historic district.

Muy ruidoso
El hotel esta bien ubicado, a 10 minutos andando del centro de Ávila, y en una zona con mucha zona donde aparcar sin zona ORA.
Sin embargo, la habitación fue muy ruidosa y la cama muy incomoda. Se escuchaba continuamente el motor del ascensor, los ruidos de las habitaciones aledañas y del pasillo y el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido infernal (lo apagan a medianoche para que no haga ruido).

Atención, amistad y habitaciones adecuadas
La atención de la gerencia y de todos os atendentes como tambíen sus instalaciones y habitaciones hacén del hotel Sta Teresa un hogar que compiensa su distancia un poco afastada de el cientro de la ciudad y del casco antiguo.

Hotel del pasado
Decoración de los años 80 y muy pasados de moda. Las camas si son nuevas porque estaban durisimas pero los cubrecolchones eran un tanto rancios. El baño está bien. La temperatura de la habitación es exageradamente caluroso, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y el pijama arremangado. El desayuno continental es escaso por no decir curioso ya que solo te dan 3 opciones a elegir y no puedes repetir. Si sólo vas a dormir el hotel está bien y a 10min andano de la muralla de Ávila.

Hotel a 20 min de la muralla, antiguo
Lejos del centro , antiguo, sin acceso a minusválidos ni carritos bebés, descordinados en las reservas, televisión de 20 años y sin TDT, vergonzoso la limpieza de las habitaciones.
Lo único q se salva es el desayuno Booking y lo fácil q se encuentra aparcamiento.
