"This was the worse stay I’ve ever had, a hotel from hell! I had to move rooms 5 TIMES!! I checked in and went to the first too and it had broken nails in the bed and crumbs. The bathroom was dirty. Comment to front desk and she personally walked me threw 3 more rooms only to find things wrong with each room as well so she upgraded me to a suite however at night we went to turn the ac down and the ac was broke the room was hot as hell this was at 1am! I went to the front desk and I even had the security guy go into the room and check the ac and he told us it was in fact broke so we had to move for 5th time at 1am!! We finally got settled for the night only to be woken up at 6am to the fire alarm blaring!! I will never stay here again would never recommend it to anyone my opinion it should be shut down!!!"
