"Out of all the places we stayed during our three weeks on the South Island, Ratanui Lodge provided the best service and hospitality. "Great location, very friendly and accommodating staff, and great amenities. Room surfaces were quite dusty/dirty and there were spider webs found periodically but nothing too majorly bad. Heater in the room was great and the bed was very comfortable!"
