"We were welcomed by the helpful couple at reception and showed to our rooms early. The rooms where nice and clean with a comfortable bed. We had a coffee maker in the room which was really nice. The rooms are small but comfortable. The reception gave us some good suggestions where to go for dinner. Everything was close by and within walking distance We had a nice breakfast at the hotel too with many delicious choices.. I can highly recommend this property"

"The room was modern and spacious, balconies with a sea & mountain view. The buffet breakfast was fresh, with hot & cold choices, great coffee! Staff superb. Guests friendly with kind hearts. "Das Hotel liegt an der Promenade, Umgebung- wie überhaupt Heraklion- ist sehr laut, Zimmer zum Meer sind zu bevorzugen, Zimmer sind funktional, durchaus ausreichend, Bad ist eher klein und nicht mehr ganz heutiger Standard, Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, sehr aufmerksames Personal, bei mir funktionierte zwar die Key Card für das Zimmer nicht, ich bekam halt einen Schlüssel, Klimaanlage recht gut einstellbar"

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....

Best to get google maps to bring you to Krousonas town center and then put in the property address. Google maps in Crete will have you go down goat paths and should not be trusted. "Great hotel, cute maisonette, amazing location surrounded by so many fabulous restaurants, shops and even the harbour is close (10 min walk max). Many bus stops around to go to Knossos, and beaches. Breakfast was great, staff super nice. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose :). Would come back without hesitation😍"
