"Inadequate cooking facilities and the smallest and most difficult and awkward bathroom imaginable. The spaces were all cramped and difficult to maneuver. The front desk is advertised to be open all day and into the night, but good luck finding staff actually there at any time. The heat doesn't work and the bedding not adequate for that when it gets cold at night."

"This place is a hidden gem. Tucked away in the hillside far away from the hustle of a town however close enough to go to the beaches and local tavernas. They staff are excellent always welcoming, the rooms were clean and we booked a suite with a private pool this was amazing. We loved the privacy and the fantastic view over the hills. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back again."

The pool was lovely and clean and we were able to find parking for our rental car. I would have booked this hotel again on our return to Heraklion, but it was full and we couldn't get a reservation. It's convenient to the port and the airport. "
