"based on the price and the google maps photos, i wouldnt go into this expecting too much. it's close to kings dominion (a short walk through the connected parking lot) which was all i really wanted. so that was cool. but the room had a weird, unpleasant smell in it and it didnt seem to be kept up with much at all. there wasnt even soap in the bathroom hand soap dispenser."

"We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update."

"Good; clean room, hot shower, cold ac, free ice, vending machines, VERY well maintained breakfast facility, helpful staff, good parking. Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices."

"Clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Great customer service and hospitality. Well suited and situated for easy access to airport. But not many offsite amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. nearby; but many within five minute drive."

"Bathroom was nasty! The paper towel holder was broke from the wall, the vent in the ceiling was tore completely out! Their toilet felt like it was broke completely off the floor! There was a roach in the bathroom! All of that was in 153 I have pics! I rented three rooms and one had a dirty sock in it the other had a pair of men’s shoes left in it! I will never stay there again!"

"This is my go to hotel when I’m in Richmond. The location is outside the city but close to 95 making travel easier. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are quiet and clean."

"It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!"

"They advertise a pool and it’s the middle of summer and it’s closed. Also, their mention of a breakfast we all in and there are 2 different cereals a waffle machine maker an apple and orange juice machine which dispenses only water. Very disappointing."
