"hotel pools were like 20 ft from ocean. nice to see ocean from pool/jacuzzi. clean rooms. carpet worn. balcony nice can sit out on. like the infrastructure to get to room to pools to parking lot-very close and easy. gym clean offers treadmills etc. did not go all inclusive. beach view great. next to pelican pier walk from hotel right out back take boat tour. staff brought extra towels up to room in 5 min after request. will b staying again. preferred to other hotel from last visit"

There are dogs on the property, they were friendly but did definitely want some attention. If you're looking for a cozy yet comfortable room for a short stay, I would definitely recommend. "The owner (I believe his name is jay) was extremely helpful and very quick to respond. The location is centrally located from downtown and palm beach! I would recommend if you stay here, to rent a car, but we are so happy we did! The place was very clean, air conditioned and spacious.
