"There was a cockroach crawling in our hotel room. I also saw another one near the entrance of the hotel upon leaving. Overall, it was a nice hotel but I am worried about the hygiene and cleanliness of this place."

"Room smelled like a waste line vent. They have to fix that. Staff wasn’t as friendly like last year. Might go back to the Hyatt worth the extra money. Also the room door you can hear everything from the room "

"We enjoyed almost everything at this resort, The food, the amenities, the service was a little slow at the bars, You are having a great time at the pool and then you go to the bar and you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for your drinks, It kind of killed the high of the moment. But the best thing you’ll find here is the beach. Omg, this is the nicest beach I’ve ever seen in my whole life. Wow."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen in our unit had modern appliances and was well appointed. We enjoyed dining at Passions and had a dinner on the beach. Also enjoyed a meal in the upstairs bar and grill enjoying the beautiful sunsets! The beach set-up was spacious with plenty of shade and attendants to assist.
