"Nice overall"

"I would stay here again. The food was good, the beach was excellent. Clean rooms, friendly staff. I wish they had like an ice cream shop for something fun, but other than that it was great. Not a super huge resort more for a relaxing environment which is what I now enjoy. Easy to get to everything and not get lost."

"Work was being performed while we there leaving paint chips all over the balcony that were never cleaned up even after we complained. Our maid forgot to leave us towels after cleaning the room…call the desk 3 times and ended up waiting an hour for towels. One of the restaurants was closed and the steakhouse has limited seating so if you don’t get there when they open…you’re not getting in. Otherwise…it’s a nice hotel. "We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard. It’s centrally located where all the action is happening. They have an area reserved for guests in Palm beach and set you up with chairs and cabanas. Breakfast is buffet style and it’s amazing. We loved it! The staff is super attentive and friendly. They have a shallow pool which is great for kids and one for adults. Highly recommended."

"Staff is fantastic! We did all inclusive and were left wanting for nothing. Rooms were very comfortable but the walls are thin. You will hear everything from the people beside you. Pools are great and being right across the street from the beach is amazing. Highly recommend Divi."
