"The restaurants was really good and the pool and beach was good. One big complaint was they don’t have enough beach towels for their guests I went first day at 4 pm no towels I said ok it late then day 2 I went at 10 am still no towels. Other thing was one of our beds was sunken in like broken. Staff was nice."

"The cups for drinks were miniature sized so you have to go back for multiple. The elevators were old and we almost got stuck in one. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The construction next door was a huge inconvenience as it was very loud every day all day. The buffet food was average. The specialty restaurants were great. The beach and pool areas were nice but you have to wake up very early to get a good beach spot as it fills up quickly. Compared to other RIU palaces the lobby and property overall was underwhelming and did not offer great views of the beautiful beach areas."

"I enjoyed their free e-bike rental service with my family. The room was nice and clean, and so was the lobby. I also enjoyed their free breakfast, especially their waffles that guests were able to cook on the spot. My favorite part has to be the location, where we got a small portion of Eagle Beach all to ourselves, complete with beach chairs and umbrellas."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! From the moment we arrived we were treated so well. The staff is friendly. The room was clean and house keeping came everyday morning and evening. The location was on Palm Beach and walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall experience was absolutely AMAZING! Staff was outstanding, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely perfect (directly across the street from Eagle Beach and Passions Restaurant!) We could not have dreamed of a cleaner hotel room or a better housekeeping staff! It is also a 5 minute walk to Super Foods (grocery store and liquor store)! When I return to Aruba, there will be ONLY one place I will stay, Amsterdam Manor!"
