"No dish soap"

"The hotel was nice and in a good location. There aren’t a lot of amenities but they have a nice outdoor seating area. Most of the hotel staff speak Spanish, so make sure you know a few phrases. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Unfortunately, this hotel was strict on the number of towels, so it was difficult to get more than two towels for a two person room."

"The whole resort was amazing! Food was good especially for an “all inclusive”. Staff was great and always making sure we didn’t need anything. The resort is on the other side of Aruba so any activities, shopping, etc. is about a 30-45 minute drive. We rented a car to explore. Highly recommend Secrets!"

"Celebrating my 40th birthday, wasn't sure where to stay but I knew I wanted to be near anything within walking distance or local transportation. I booked the room in April. When I arrived, we were upgraded to a bigger room and they helped my friend surprise me with balloons and cake. Check in was simple. Access to property was easy. Staff was nice and polite. "Complementary breakfast was really good every day. The property was clean and so was the pool. There was a slight language barrier with the staff, although they did always have someone close by who spoke English. Very helpful with providing a reliable taxi company that I can call daily to take me to a friend all of my locations and dinners. Solid location."

I love swimming in the pool as well or you would definitely stay again. When I needed garbage bags and toilet paper, the owner responded very quickly. Thank you for that. "It is a dated building, which is ok but it should be kept cleaner. We got an ocean front room but there was trash and debris clearly in view on the rooftops and canopies below our room. It is very unappealing. The elevators too are poorly kept, dark and dirty. There was no microwave oven so we could not heat any leftover food from our dining throughout the week. These are very simple things that should be expected from a hotel in this price-point."

"Yes this was a very clean property the pool area was clean and a pretty set up.the rooms were also clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing all you can eat good hot meal and coffee. Staff is very nice. Management works with you with any issue until you’re happy. The area is a walking distance to all the restaurants , overall we had a wonderful stay. The beach was a plus they take you anytime you wish it’s few minutes away. The restaurants are very expensive to eat take extra cash. Hahaha 😂"
