"Villa is right next to the Spanish Lagoon in a residential neighborhood. The property has a wall with a gate around it. The landscaping and plants are beautiful and well maintained. It would be best to have a rental car if you stay here, as it’s not in the tourist area. The villa shares a large parking lot with the marina on the lagoon. "We enjoyed our stay at South Beach. The place was cleaned. It is close to the grocery and some beaches. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores and Divi beach. It is a quiet place. The pool is nice. I recommend to have a car if you want to visit and have dinner at restaurants. Us we rent a car for half of our holidays (5/10). Amir, the host, is very helpful. I will not hesitate to reserve that apartment again. "

"Very nice stay, room was simple but clean, had all needed kitchen appliances. Very nice grill and big table for shared use brought families and kids together. Very nice private patio with table and chairs. Nice cozy pool area. Would benefit from a sign next to washer and dryer for ppl to pick up their staff as soon as completed. Otherwise was awesome, would definitely come back and recommend to others. Management responsible and replied right away even at 11pm which was surprising :)"

"This condo was amazing! So nice and clean and big enough for 5 adults with everyone having their own space. We had to reach out for a repair and was contacted by the condo company very quickly. "Absolutely loved our stay! Was quiet, felt safe and a 10 mins walk to the beach and very close to the grocery store.
