"The property is beautiful and very well maintained, both in the public areas and our room. As many people note, the service can be particularly slow at times, but overall the service was great. We were on the all-inclusive package, and my wife and I both enjoyed the food at all the restaurants. The quality was very high, with a good variety including meats (steak and lamb chops), fish, and vegetarian options. There is no nightlife to speak of on the property, so we went off site. Bartenders were great, especially at the swim up bar. Overall we were very satisfied, will stay there when we return to Aruba, and highly recommend Joia."
