"The room we had was spacious and with a big TV. The washroom was a big old and would be nice to have separate shower instead of bath tub. The paid breakfast buffet does not have many food items and it's provided by a restaurant/pub next to the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. "

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...
