"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. I also saw a dead roach by the lobby bathroom area. For the price I paid, I wouldn’t stay here again. It cost the same as the newer apartment style hotels."

"There was a strong grimy smell from the first room I went to. I smelled it right at the door. I could not step further into the room. I requested a change, the staff checked the room and gave me another room. I settled down in the new room for 10 mins and I smelled the human grimy smell again.
