"Everything was great apart from the laundry facilities. The dry cycle does not work so you are left with lots of damp clothes and it takes about 3 hrs a load. Must add that staff is excellent! Akimoto especially was so helpful with our luggage transfer issues and went to the extent to offer storage at the hotel to help us. "
