"Hotel is nicely connected with 4 subway lines, making it easy to go around Tokyo with metro. Some lines require longer walks though. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, facilities in the room were great. Our room views were superb. There is a 7-eleven downstairs making it easy to get some quick snacks. Hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus, which is comfortable and economical to get to the airport. "

"I stayed for two nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel in Roppongi and had a wonderful experience! The hotel has such a beautiful and pleasant atmosphere — you immediately feel comfortable and welcomed. The lobby and reception area are elegant, and the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. My room was beautifully designed, modern, and perfectly clean. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🌸"

"Definitely a luxury hotel with impeccable service and ability to get reservations at top restaurants with short notice. Tower view rooms have a direct unobstructed view of the Tokyo tower which was very nice. I also loved the breakfast food (especially the udon set)."

"Great location, 5min walk to train station & lots of convenience stores, shops and dining close by. Hotel was beautiful and clean and staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The minute we arrived they helped with our bags and our room was already available at 10am! Our room was also super clean, comfy and unique with a bunk bed and a seating area. My son loved the snacks they provided in the lobby. My only complaint is that there is a laundry room on the 4th floor but really hard to snag an...

"Room is a little too small. If you have a large luggage, forget it. BUT luggage aside, it’s a great place. We had 2 carry ons and they fit perfectly. Bed is comfortable, hotel is clean, bathroom is clean, close to a lot of good places to eat, to see, to shop. I recommend it."
