"Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The amenities were great and the room was always kept clean with fresh linens and towels provided daily. Loved the complimentary tea and coffee available in the lobby.
Breakfast was available but the options were quite limited. Mainly Thai dishes like congee, green curry, tom yum soup with rice, salad, corn and broccoli. The small continental section had scrambled eggs, sausages, croissants, bread, brioche buns with whipped butter and blueberry/strawberry jams, plus yoghurt with frozen strawberries and blueberries. Drinks included apple juice, Thai milk tea and filter coffee.
The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small but overall it was a good stay and great value."
"The room was located at a prime stop and near train stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and roomy. I stayed on the higher floor and the view when the sunrises peaking out from the buildings to the night sky where it looks like a sea of lights will be engraved in my memories forever. Plus the view Tokyo Tower made it 100000% better. I didn’t really interacted with the staff much but they were very kind when I did. The tub and massage chair was so luxurious that it made leaving the hotel room hard. "
"Amazing hotel, very close to everything. Subway is close as well as taxis available. Breakfast was great, staff is amazing and attentive. I plan on staying here again when I return!! 10/10!!!!"
