"Very small room like many Tokyo rooms, but it was extremely well thought out. The bathroom space and shower were great, and the fold out desk was functional. The lobby lounge though is what made this a very good stay. It’s cool and comfortable at the same time and I was able to setup my computer to work to a few hours. They have a free happy hour at 5pm for guests, too. The top floor bar is super fancy and brings in young locals looking for a great cocktail bar experience. "

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"Exceeded my expectations. Overall hotel experience was excellent. Nice calm ambience. Busy but quiet and orderly. Great service from the whole team. The lounge area was inviting and there was a complimentary coffee and tea station as well as quality snacks. The room was small but well designed, new and clean. "Stayed here a couple of nights for return trip. Close by a couple of metro stations with different lines. If you catch a rapid line, only three stops or 20 mins to/from Haneda. Local eateries, 15 min walk to Shinagawa area. Hotel was clean and pretty reasonably sized for Japan standards. Bonus - washing machine/dryer combo in room. Service was good. "
