"One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. The staff are all so kind, welcoming and ready to accommodate. If you’re the type that just likes to relax at their hotel when on a trip, this stay is perfect because everything you could possibly need is on site! There’s even a convenience store in the hotel. I seriously can’t even put into words how great this stay was. Close to subway for easy travel. Always Uber’s and taxis on site for immediate need. I could go on and on."

"エレベーターが来てもいっぱいで乗れず次のエレベーターが来るのを待っていざ乗ろうとするとまたいっぱいで次もその次もで結局乗れず、時間だけが過ぎていく感じでした。 階段を探しましたが見当たらず仕方なく非常階段から降りました。が、1階の扉を開けるとそこはレストランの厨房で…また階段を登って2階に行きエレベーターを待ってようやく乗れましたロビーに行くだけで凄く時間がかかりました。 お風呂も凄く混んでてロッカーが空くのを待って中に入ると洗い場が全部埋まってたので空くのを待って結構な時間がかかりました。 施設自体は申し分無く朝食も数多く美味しく頂きました。"

"The hotel room for us was more dormitory style. 3 beds but space was very small. It was crowded to even open a suitcase so much that I couldn't keep the suitcase open in a corner. Would need to close my suitcase after taking out clothes just to have a decent walk space. Also didn't have the full wetroom that I came to appreciate in Japan. Location is very nice for a walk to Tokyo Tower and close enough to the Asakusa line and Mita Line."

"Great hotel for longer stay, can do laundry inside your own room. Room is standard size for Tokyo. Easy access to both airports (From NRT use KS SkyAccess アクセス特急 and for HND use 京急機場線 KK Keikyū Airport Line ) with direct train to both airports to the closest station Sengakuji Station also with Asakusa Line and Keikyū Main Line, entrance with elevator is only 3 mins walk from the hotel. There is also a JR station about 8 mins walk, so going to different part of the city is also very easy."
