"Restaurant and bar closed one night on my second day for private party, leaving no food or drinks for hotel customers! Two more nights of my stay restaurant portion closed again for private parties. Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!"

"This hotel is one of the best places you could stay at in Tokyo! The rooms are much larger than most but the bathroom is slight small but nothing too bad, the bed is a king and it’s very comfortable, it’s not super squishy or hard it’s very comfortable after a long day of roaming Tokyo! It is close to many convenience stores but do note that you can only eat it in your room. The breakfast is very meh, I wouldn’t pay for it during your whole time as I’ve said many places around that are great....

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....

"All in the room was ok, the service is very good, the personnel very kidnness. There are only two aspects that they need to improve: The entrance to the hotel is full of rocks and makes really complicated if you arrive with suitcases with wheels; and the service at the front desk after 10:00 pm does not work, we had some questions about transfer suitcases to airport as they say we cam make it before 11 pm, but we used the ring bell several times at the front desk and nobody came up.
