"The room was great. The area was quiet but had near by restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were a bit stiff but great. "

"Sehr sauber, super Onsen-Bereich, generell ruhig und schön gehalten. Waschmaschinen sind günstig Einzig das Personal ist etwas unflexibel. Wir kamen nach einer Nachtbusfahrt um 6:30 an und baten darum, uns kurz im public bath frisch machen zu dürfen. Das wurde uns verwehrt, mit der Begründung dass dies nur eingecheckte Gäste dürfen, und wir durften erst um 14 Uhr einchecken."

"Walking distance to Mita and shibakoen lines. Easy to get a taxi from front desk staff. Great smelling shampoo and body wash. Room spacious enough. 2 closets, lounge on 14 th floor. Comfy beds, white fluffy towels. Bedroom slippers and useful amenities provided: toothbrush, razor, brush and more. Tully's and few eateries on side/back of hotel."

"All the staff was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were very clean, and there were ample products offered for anyone who forgot something at home. The hotel is very well-located. The only negative point was that the room got quite cold when the temperature dipped and the heating system didn’t appear very effective."

"This is a great hotel. Very friendly staff. The Tokyo tower is literally to the left of it once you walk outside. It’s a great sight to see. Subways very close by and many shops to enjoy nearby as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. "
