Concierge service was useless. When I ate in bar section, service very slow. The rooftop they hype has never been open in my one week stay!"

"Everything was exceptional.... the staff, location to trams, 7-11 is at exit of the hotel etc. The only thing would be the rooms were tiny , think Smaller than NYC. If just sleeping there , it is perfect!"

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....
