"Hotel is nicely connected with 4 subway lines, making it easy to go around Tokyo with metro. Some lines require longer walks though. Hotel is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable, facilities in the room were great. Our room views were superb. There is a 7-eleven downstairs making it easy to get some quick snacks. Hotel is also a stop for the airport limousine bus, which is comfortable and economical to get to the airport. "

We are traveling with a toddler so having access to a kitchen, feeding chair, a crib, and space for her to run around helped ease the stress of traveling with a small child. "Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!"

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. Even that, they dont allow. So...
"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor.
Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management.
Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries.
