"I chose this apart hotel because I was on an extended duration trip with family and we needed to be able to do laundry and minimal kitchen amenities. The tax for this apart hotel (not its fault) was really high -- but that's a Japan thing, not particular to this hotel. The staff were always very friendly. Most staff that we interacted with were very helpful, only one was rather not knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of being in the heart of Tokyo and...

"The moment you step on property, the staff is there to assistant and you feel transported. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained, calming, serene. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. This is one I return to whenever I can."

"The front desk staff were super helpful & friendly. They greeted me each and every time I walked through the door or leaving to go outside. That’s amazing ! The house keeping did amazing with the cleaning of my room. I can’t say enough about this hotel because it’s perfect. I felt welcomed here 100%. Very accessible to a bevy of different train stations as well. You can get to places like shibuya and shinjuku in 30 minutes or less from this hotel which is great ! Very quiet area as well."

"海外の方が多かった。 屋外プールがあるからか、水着で大浴場に入ってくる人がいた。 そのまま湯船にも浸かっていた。 英語出来ない上に英語ではない言葉を話していたので注意出来なかった。 もう少し入浴ルールを記載した方がいいのかもしれません。"
