"Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor.
Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management.
Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries.

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. And i have request for a late check out, an extention of only 1 hour from check out time which is 12pm because my son was not feeling well and want to rest before our bus to the airport at 13pm. "This was an incredible stay! It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (clothing iron, fridge, microwave, even a small mop). The room was also spacious and great for a longer trip. Location-wise, it is also pretty central, although right around it there are limited food/bar options. But that is solved by a 10ish minute walk"
