"Unfortunately I have a bad review for this hotel. Initially I was very pleased with the reception and accommodating our needs when we checked in early but... The room has bedbugs 😥 I was only aware of this after the fact since I've never experienced bedbug bites before, I thought it was a heat rash or something. I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel until they get the problem resolved Secondly, my partner and I decided to get a massage there and it was definitely the worst massage I've ever received. Highly unqualified "therapists" think that beating on your body with great force is considered a massage. I would not recommend anyone ever use their services."

"Comfortable stay, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and location was also decent. No gym or swimming pool so if you want that then you would need to go to their sister hotel called Grand Du Lac Hotel which is better but is also a bit pricier. The staff had issues with the hotel room card but this was sorted out fairly promptly. Given that we were doing day trips and would be out most of the day this felt like a sensible option and it was."
