"호텔은 큰데 숙박하는 사람이 거의 없음. 시설은 매우 낡아서 고장난 방에 물품들이 대부분. 숙박은 강력 비추천합니다. "

"Great place and the most comfortable bed and the pillows were the best. Shame was only one night stay. The food was lovely and recommend for anyone flying out or in to stay as close to the airport. "

"The room is spacious, I requested for the room to be decorated, so it was beautifully decorated with roses petals and shine muscat. They even have halal food options. I believe this is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed in Hanoi. "

"Zimmer an sich war sauber, Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten am ersten Tag kleine Ameisen im Badezimmer, worum sich sofort gekümmert wurde. Leider war es etwas laut, da das Zimmer nur durch eine Glasschiebetür zum Balkon getrennt ist und man damit die Straße hört. Lage war aber an sich top."

"Staff are liars, made me pay for towels cleaning their bathroom, not helpful or reasonable, bed was hard as rock, I had to call reception each time I needed air conditioning in the room so there was no point having the dial in the room as it doesn’t work, slippers were made out what seemed like paper and they didn’t have basic amenities such as cotton buds or cotton pads"

"The breakfast was good, had enough to eat. Room was clean. Air conditioner blew cold. Only complants are bed mattress was uncomfortable and my cell phone was hacked along with my friends only at this hotel and we have traveled 3 weeks in another country no problems"

I had an idea of what I wanted to do and see while in the city and the staff were so kind to recommend things I might enjoy or what I could do to make the most of my time in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. On days when we didn’t request room cleaning the staff still made sure to provide us with water and fresh towels outside our room. "Dusit is a one-of-a-kind hotel in Hanoi. It sits outside of the Old Quarter. It is actually more of a resort than a hotel. The gym is incredible, and the spa is even more impressive. Everything at Dusit was extremely clean and in good working order. The staff is beyond friendly and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. The food is excellent. My only negative is that the bar closes relatively early (10pm)"
