When we arrived, we were greeted with warm towel to wipe our hands and tea. They recommended areas to visit. They even helped booked our over night sleeper train tickets to Sapa. The staff definitely went above and beyond which made our stay so much more pleasant. For international women’s day, the staff even gave me a flower. When we checked out, we were also given a little gift of tiger balm. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to everywhere. Highly recommend. "
