"スタッフの対応が非常によく、無料の朝食もビュッフェのほか、色々と作ってくれてよかったです。交通の便もアプリ配車を使えば特に問題ありませんでした。屋外プールや公園の遊具、キッズルームなど長期滞在者向けの施設も充実しています。部屋も広かったです。夜中もレセプションには人が常にいるということで、チェックインも問題ありませんでした。それほど高くない値段で空港送迎も手配してくれます。行きにお願いしていた車は待機しておらず、ホテルに連絡して急かして迎えに来るという問題がありましたが、到着日前日に依頼したために起きた事だったのかもしれません。子どもも気に入り、また利用したいです。"

"施設は快適です。日本人の駐在員が多く住んでいるため、朝食のレストランは日本にいるみたいです。朝食にはご飯、味噌汁、納豆も用意されていました。外国人が多く住むエリアですが、レジデンス周辺はローカルも多く、人通りもまばらで、夜に出歩くのは少し不安があります。ハノイ市街よりは静かなのでゆっくりするには最適です。ハノイ市街には車で15〜20分は掛かります。"

Không chỉ tư vấn chỗ ăn chơi và còn hướng dẫn tôi tips chơi an toàn tại Hà Nội. Nhân viên còn hỗ trợ tôi đi tour Hạ Long Bay và Ninh Bình. The property itself is right above a Starbucks so great place to work and grab a coffee - although why would you drink Starbucks in Vietnam?!? "This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had! The moment I entered, a strong musty/moldy smell hit me—it was so bad that my family couldn’t even breathe properly. The entire place felt damp, and I spotted visible mold stains on the ceiling. I had to leave immediatel and book another place because staying here was simply not an option. Do yourself a favor and avoid this listing—it’s not worth the risk to your health! "

"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."
