The staff was so helpful with information, my bags and ensuring I was well equipped. The location was great too! I will definitely stay here again when I return to Hanoi."

"The rooms are set back from the noisy main drag and located right in the hears of nightlife and quiet daytime coffee shops and cafes. The shower had very hot water quickly and with high pressure. The bed and linens were high quality - and the breakfast with eggs to order had ample meats, fruits, breads, and rice options. I highly recommend this hotel !!"

"I stayed here for two nights. Even before I arrived they messaged me via WhatsApp and made sure that I had all my arrangements and if I needed anything. When I first arrived in Hanoi, and then flying out with 4 nights in between. As I was traveling from another country I had luggage I didn’t need. They were very accommodating towards me and allowed me to leave my luggage for those 4 days and it was ready for me when I came back. The staff were so friendly and always made me feel like a VIP....

At breakfast they were very helpful in getting any vegan/vegetarian options. Any thing we needed, the staff was incredibly helpful and I felt like a vip. Would stay again next time we’re in Hanoi. "

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Hoan Kiem lake and while you are in the old quarter you are in a quieter section. The real standout are the reception staff, particularly Sunny and Thomas. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they always have a smile and their restaurant recommendations were great! Stayed here 4 times over a 2 week period and would happily go back!"
