Very convenient location in the old quarter. Clean, comfortable with great service from the cleaners, reception desk and doormen. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Great rooftop pool and spa (massage) was excellent and very well priced. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Ideal location in the heart of Hanoi. Street access closes on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights so if arriving in the evening you have a bit of a walk with suitcase through the crowds. Recently great location to see the nightlife. Loved the place and staff just super excellent.

The service and staff were exceptional. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter so we were in the midst of it all. The hotel amenities, sky bar and buffet breakfast were all outstanding. Will definitely be back.
