"We had an amazing stay! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location. Right in front of the hotel is the stunning Esmeralda Cenote, with incredibly clear, crystal-clear water. Just walk out to the deck and you can jump right into the lagoon for a refreshing swim. "This hotel was so lovely. We had a gorgeous room with such a nice view, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the food was consistently good and the lagoon pontoon was beautiful with kayaks and SUPs free to use. We had such a nice time, thank you!"

"The location is beautiful and adorable, feels like you are in nature. The little rooms are perfect to feel apart of the location. Low scores due to tiny ants that were all over our room and bedding. It’s difficult to get rid of them because of the location. The power also went out multiple times during our stay leaving us not able to shower on our departure date."
