Ottima la possibilità di avere acqua disponibile prelevabile da un erogatore in corridoio che fornisce acqua fredda (frizzante e naturale) e a temperatura ambiente. "I enjoyed my stay at this location; I was generally warm in the room, but was able to open the window and cool the space, local regulations prohibited cooling. No in person staff on site other than cleaning folks in the AM. But I did not need staff other than to notify through what’s app very loud neighbors at 2 AM in the morning. "

"Fulvio is the best host ever!!! He helped us with our luggages and called our taxi going back to the train station. He also gave us a wine for free but didn’t ended up drinking it. (We don’t drink lol) He’s quick when needed and very helpful! We enjoyed our stay here very much! Room is roomy and clean! Love that we got an upgraded room for family of 3. There’s a breakfast/cafe next to the place with a great coffee and pistachio croissant- which we went for 2 days. Location is amazing! Close...

"The hotel was in the perfect location, walkable to everything. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great! Our room was spacious and super clean. Quiet! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the first night, so good! Walkable to the train station, Duomo and bell tower attractions. Lots of shops and good restaurants! Check-in was easy, our room wasn’t ready they took care of our luggage and we just explored Florence. Thank you for a nice stay!"
