"in all honesty the vibe is great but our room in versailles tower was dirty and had a weird scent to it. no point in getting a balcony room because theres like 10 massive generators in front of your view that are on all day. the tower is far from the lobby and most amenities however it was less chaotic with barely any foot traffic. overall atmosphere is amazing but the location of the hotel itself limits you from walking to a lot of places like south beach downtown. vida brunch was ok, arkadia wasnt all that, la cote (outside bar) was probably the best. the beach area seemed very unorganized and hectic. highly recommend not going during hs spring break or conventions because this hotel gets insanely crowded with a ton of kids literally running around the lobby. check in was smooth tho we got our room at 8am right after landing and check out was even easier as you didnt have to wait in line, all you had to do was text the check out on your phone. overall id give it a 7/10. i would definitely come back here but will opt to choose the suites at sorrento or tresor suites!"

"Only had one elevator working. You’d think that’s not much of an issue but we were waiting on average 15 minutes for an elevator. When it did arrive it would be full or the lift doors would forcefully shut before you could get in. Housekeeping were rude. We once waited 3 times for the elevator to be free. We allowed the housekeepers to leave the elevator with their stuff, for the elevator doors to close with just one housekeeper in it. We pleaded for her to hold the lift, but she didn’t. Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy which really let down the overall quality of the property. Shower would go cold after just 5 minutes of it running. The apartments were clean. Being in an apartment was great but the overall quality of the property and staff manners were poor, letting the experience down. "

"A VERY NICE place overall! I am a tough grader, so I would put this in the 4.4 to 4.7 range if I could. Pool deck and facilities are very nice. But horribly crowded in peak times, weekend, etc. The old fight for a pool chair at 6:30 AM stuff just gets old, especially at a place that’s supposed to be higher end. Dominated by younger couples with small kids, mixed in with the business/conference types. Good mix of people if that’s something you prioritize. Besides the crowded pool, my biggest complaint would be the $30 cocktails. I know it’s Miami Beach but cmon. Great walkable location with access to the boardwalk and lively shopping/restaurant areas across the street. Close enough to walk straight to the action, but not quite in the middle of clubbing insanity! I would probably splurge a little extra and go for a boutique place before I go back, but I would go back. Again, CROWDED pool and my kids were just a little too old for the pool noodle scene. "

"Atrium Design District Hostel is well located in Miami. Its kitchen and patio are spacious, though they are only open from 7 AM to 10 PM each day. If I return to Miami, I would consider staying here again."

"run do not go here and you will not get your money back i went there 2pm checking is 3 o clock took 1 look because the front door was open like open could see from the road and i said hell no i drove back up to Sterling Road and went to Target sat there for hours to catch WIFI to try to find a next place with the prices increase because it was weekend . i have learned my lesson i will not get no place to stay online please people check these places in person do not pay 1st you will loose ya hard earn money . To scamers and protection plan do not work."
