"The desk chair was not very comfortable. Surprised there was not another chair to sit in considering the size of the room. Room was clean but the mattress was not very comfortable. All staff were pleasant."

"Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces.
Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops.

"This is the third time my girlfriend and I have stayed at the Verb. Every time was a perfect 10 experience. VIP trailers are so fun! Pool is awesome in summer or winter. Staff is always VERY friendly and accommodating. Location is clutch.
I live 10 mins away, and have stayed 3 times just because it’s so fun, and there are so many great bars and restaurants within close walking distance.
Keep up the good work!!"
