"Nice room. Had a problem with a strange smell when using the shower. Resolved with a room transfer. Very polite friendly staff. Note the hotel is dog friendly which applies to most of the guest rooms as well as the public spaces. Quality hotel with good facilities and easy access to the Common and Newbury street with all the shops. "

"I love this hotel. The front desk staff goes above and beyond. They know their hotel, are personable, professional, and super gracious. We had 11 family members in our group in all age ranges. Having the living room area off the lobby made our stay so much easier. We ordered from Tatte’s our first night, and ate at the large table at the end of the room.
